ECI will set up a program with our clients that will provide them with APICS® trained consultants that will remotely analyze all issues connected with the inventory levels of our client organization and provide our client with Key Performance Indicator information such as: Inventory Turns; Slow & Excess Inventory Analysis; Inventory Investment by Product Group; Cycle Count Accuracy; and others as required.
We begin our program with an analysis of our clients’ inventory control procedures, demand patterns and supply issues. From that analysis a program is devised for the client that provides direction and analysis of the inventory in a timely and ongoing manner. Once the program is established, ECI will set up a technology method with our client to manage the program remotely.
