TELM is a process developed by ECI to reduce the frequency and cost of employee turnover. TELM also results in the increased job satisfaction and efficiencies of employees resulting in higher productivity.
The TELM methodology reduces the cost of employee acquisition and increases the likelihood of hiring the right person for the organization now and for the future. TELM’s quantitative methods for determining the right group of people to interview, the interview methodology itself and quantitative results take much of the human bias out of the selection process.
TELM includes processes for the ‘early days’ of the employment lifecycle as well as continuing interaction with the employee during their career in a manner that ensures continued communications and understanding at all levels of the organization and stages of evolution in the life of the organization and career of the employee.
At the corporate level, TELM quantifies overall employee satisfaction with the organization and identifies areas of continuous improvement for the management of the organization’s most important asset – its people.
